Dear Frau Schulte and family,
I was so sad when i learned about Uwe. So many good souvenirs are coming back about the very good moments passed with this Nice and large man in Bremen, Noordwijk and Kourou for Jules Verne ATV History:
- brave, commitment, rigour and honesty without weakness at work.
- generosity, empathy as so many exciting discussions with Uwe could follow a tough working day ( including Full-contact karate lessons given to some of us by him at ESTEC! ).
All discussions are allowed with him, in an extremely rare way in a professional context ... future , « good old Time » ...
We share passion for « Space business », martial arts, motorcycle and lot of other exciting stuff.
I have lost a friend and I am moved.
